At LFTD Grounds by Dystce, we roast and prepare every bag of coffee and tea with care and intention. Because our products are food items and made to order, we are unable to accept returns on opened products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lftdgroundsbydystce@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Unopened Items
Unopened and unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be in original condition and packaging.
Freshness & Satisfaction
Coffee and tea preferences are personal. If you are unsatisfied with your order, reach out within 7 days of delivery. While we cannot accept opened returns, we are committed to finding a solution that reflects our values and commitment to quality.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your financial institution.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders can be modified or canceled before the next billing date through your account portal. Once an order has processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
