At LFTD Grounds by Dystce, every order is prepared with care and attention to freshness.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Because our coffee is roasted to order, processing times may vary slightly during peak periods or promotions.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, transit times are determined by the carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. LFTD Grounds, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
