Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

LFTD Grounds by Dystce offers both one-time purchases and subscription options for select products.

By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you agree to recurring charges to your selected payment method at the frequency chosen (e.g., every 2 weeks, monthly, etc.).

Billing & Processing
Subscription orders are automatically billed according to the selected delivery schedule. Once a subscription order has been processed and charged, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Managing Your Subscription
You may modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date through your customer account portal.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled billing date.

Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again. Continued payment failure may result in automatic cancellation of your subscription.

Product Availability
In rare cases where a subscription item becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a similar product of equal value or notify you prior to shipment.
